Frank Martin

Frank Martin, President

Frank joined The Bloom Organization in 1987 as Chief Financial Officer, a position he held until being appointed President in 2008. Over the years, his responsibilities have included maintaining the financial stability of the firm as well as personnel, litigation and contracts.

Prior to joining the company, Frank was a Certified Public Accountant with Gold, Meltzer, Plasky and Wise. A graduate of LaSalle University with a degree in accounting and finance, he is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Frank is a longtime resident of South Jersey and former coach of the Mt. Laurel travel basketball and baseball teams.

K.C. Isdaner

A member of The Bloom Organization since 1996, K.C. spent several years as Vice President before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2008. He is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, activities and communication between all departments. In his position, K.C. directs short and long term planning efforts, leading the team to achieve its goals and maintaining the company’s core principles.

Prior to joining Bloom, K.C. gained years of leasing, property management and development experience as a licensed commercial real estate broker for Rosenfeld, Inc. and Colliers Lanard and Axilbund. He is an active member of several local associations, including the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce and Businesses Committed to Burlington County (BC2), where he is a current board member and past president. K.C. is a graduate from the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance.

K.C. is long-time resident of Cherry Hill, New Jersey and shares his support with many non-profit organizations throughout South Jersey. He is a board member with Jewish Community Partners and past president of the Katz Jewish Community Center.

Gregory H. Birnbohm

Construction Management

Greg has been a member of The Bloom Organization since 1999 and brings more than 30 years of management experience within the construction industry. In this role, he schedules and personally oversees all phases of the firm’s construction projects and is responsible for maintaining the department’s costs and quality standards. In addition to his experience in construction management, Greg is a licensed real estate person in the State of Jersey.

Greg is a resident of Marlton and active in the community. A passionate hockey fan, Greg pioneered and implemented the Marlton Recreational Council Street Hockey program in 1995 and was awarded Coordinator of the Year in its inaugural season.

Daniel J. Jougherty

William F. Tunstall, Property Manager

Bill became a member of The Bloom Organization in March 2006 as Lead Carpenter. After six years in this role, he was promoted to his current position as one of the firm’s property managers, overseeing maintenance activities and contract work to ensure the highest level of quality control. His hands-on supervision of staff provides tenants timely responses to any property related issues or concerns. Prior to joining the firm, Bill was a job supervisor for John B. Canuso and Sam Papparone Residential Builders and C&C Commercial Construction. He received his training at the U.S. Navy Seabees Construction “A” School.

Bill is a resident of Berlin, New Jersey and has been active in mentoring and coaching children for 15 years. Specifically, he is a coach with the USA Ice Hockey – Level II and AAV Roller Hockey programs. Bill is also an avid traveler, visiting more than 20 different countries.

Beverly J. Schomp

Beverly J. Gerber, Senior Leasing Executive

Beverly joined The Bloom Organization in 1989 as a Leasing/Marketing Representative and in 2007 was appointed Senior Leasing Executive. In this role, she works closely with clients, inspecting properties, negotiating financial and legal terms and fostering long-term tenant relations. She offers clients and prospects more than 30 years of expertise in the commercial real estate industry.

Before joining Bloom, Beverly previously worked with several industry firms, including Reed and Stambaugh, Mertz Corporation, Development East and Coldwell Banker. She is a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is affiliated with Businesses Committed to Burlington County (BC2) and the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. Beverly received a degree in Brennan Healing Science and attended Monmouth University and the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Training.

Beverly resides in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and is actively involved with the Delaware Valley Yacht League and various Yacht Clubs throughout the area. She also supports several local organizations, including the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties as well as Knights of Columbus Food and Toy drives.

Michael S. Lowenberger

Michael joined The Bloom Organization in 2005 as Leasing Representative and holds a key role in marketing the firm’s industrial, office and flex properties to prospective tenants. Formerly in sales with both Paychex, Inc. and Yellowbook USA, he brings expertise in effectively meeting clients’ needs. Michael participates in various industry-related associations and is affiliated with Businesses Committed to Burlington County (BC2).

A graduate of Towson University with a degree in Marketing, Michael returned to South Jersey and is a resident of Voorhees. He is active in many of the area’s community organizations, actively working on behalf of the ACHaD program at the Katz Jewish Community Center of Southern New Jersey, "small steps in speech" foundation and Autism Speaks Organization.

Larry D. Sechleer, R.A., P.P.

Larry has been with The Bloom Organization since 1985 and is the Director of Architecture and Engineering. Over the years, he has been responsible for designing and managing the construction of the company-owned buildings. Larry is a Registered Architect in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as a Professional Planner in New Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, Larry was lead architect with Ronald D. Frank, Architect. He received a degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and is a proud recipient of merit awards for industrial buildings from both the Building Contractors Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey State Conference of Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen.

Larry is a resident of Medford, New Jersey and is involved a number of community organizations, including Big Brother-Big Sisters. He is also an usher at St. Mary of the Lakes Church and past president of the Penn Lake Borough Council.
